Charles is a professional Accountant by training, possesses varied experience in Auditing, Financial and Tax Management, Investment Management, Quality Assurance, Internal Control Systems design, Global Franchising, Training, Administration and Entrepreneurial Development. She has over 30 years post-qualification experience, working in various sectors namely Consulting, Public Accounting Practice, Banking, Insurance and Small/Medium Enterprise Development. She was appointed a Director at Valiente Capital Limited in April 2018.
Folawewo OSIBO
Director
Folawewo holds a B.Sc. degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo, University, Ile-Ife. He has over twenty years work experience in various industries, twelve of which was in the banking industry. He also worked at management level in the Airline and Hospitality industry before final setting up his own business in Treasury Trading and Investment. He was appointed a Director at Valiente Capital Limited in April 2018.
Olaolu OYELEKE

Olaolu holds an MBA from Business School, Netherlands, a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) with diverse experience in portfolio management, corporate financing, and capital market operations. He has worked with Dominion Trust Limited, a Pioneer Asset Management Company and three leading banks in Nigeria. He has won various awards and recognitions for his Business Development and Relationship Management skills.
Osarugue AJAYI
Treasury Manager
Osarugue is a B.Sc Industrial Mathematics graduate from the University of Benin and also holds an MBA from Ambrose Alli University. She has over 12 years banking experience spanning across various Nigerian Banks with proven capacity for business development, relationship management and credit/risk management. Ms. Ajayi oversees Treasury Management at Valiente Capital Limited.
